Many people who use no simplified Chinese Windows XP/2000/server/Me/98 system can't make Manchu Script Creator work properly, so I build this special English single user version and change the Manchu font name to English.
If there are any questions please let me know.
in the same time the English Version of the website is launched, and made the default language page.
